Esophagitis F2: Esophagitis or pleuritis, pulmonary abscess, gastritis, pneumonia or liver diseases.

1. Esophagitis: 21 patients took F2 modification and 12 cured (57.14 percent), 7 improved (33.33 percent) and two did not improve (9.52 percent).

2. TB related pleuritis: 8 patients with pleural fluid retention took F2 with other herbal formula found four were complete recovered, two improved and two did not.

3. Exudative pleuritis: 22 patients took F2 or its modification and western medicine together for a month and 13 cured (59.09 percent), 17 significantly improved (77.27 percent) and two did not improve (9.09 percent).

4. Pediatric pneumonia: Of 50 pediatric pneumonia patients taking F2 and other herbal formula found 37 were cured (74 percent), seven improved (14 percent) while six did not improve after the treatment (12 percent).

5. Silicosis: 33 patients took F2 along with other herb formula for two months and 28 significantly improved (78.78 percent), three improved (9.09 percent) and two did not improve (6.06 percent).

6. Stomach ache or gastritis: 176 patients took F2 or its modification for up to a month to treat various stomach problems --acute and chronic gastritis, ulcer or stomach ache-- and 90 were cured (51.13 percent), 71 improved (40.34 percent) and 15 did not improve (8.52 percent).

7. Liver cirrhosis: 72 liver cirrhosis patients with liver function damages took F2 or its modification for two months and 41 liver function resume to normal (56.94 percent), 29 improved (40.27 percent) and two did not complete the treatment.

Toxicity and side effects: There are no known side effects or toxicity of F2.
